My Lasting Bouquet
DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM HERE! Yes the website looks amazing and the products look flawless and beautiful, but that’s where it ends! I’ve been waiting over two weeks for my order. I have contacted them via all their platforms messenger, email and chat on their website, only got a response today asking for my order number then no further follow up! No contact number either! Tracking link doesn’t work, keeps saying on its way! Really disappointed and if I could give a 0 I would!

I’d like to give a zero since the lowest rate you could give out is one star but whatever. I haven’t received my product and it’s been a week. I tried to reach out to you guys but I didn’t receive any email regarding of my order. You left me with no order number and no post office card. Thank you for your great service. Would not recommend anyone to shop here.

Ordered 2 weeks ago roses for my mum and wife to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. Mums flowers were delivered but not my wife’s. no response from lasting boutique after reaching out. Awkwardly if it gets redelivered it seems like a make up gift. And if I refund it seems like I didn’t get her anything. Great job team, love it!

DO NOT BUY. Did not meet guaranteed delivery by Valentines Day. Ignored emails, initially responded on Instagram advising they would look into it and went silent. I still haven’t received even though I ordered over 2 weeks ago.

I ordered this rose on valentines for my wife of 3 years, and she absolutely adored it, she said it was one of the best gifts I have ever gotten her and she loved it. Honestly recommend their roses for any occasion and i would 100% buy from them again

Two years ago I married a man who gifted me a rose on our wedding day. Today, I’m a divorced woman who has no man but still has the rose because it never died. I was told the lasting belle would last a year but it’s still going strong - a lot stronger than any relationship I’ve ever had. Definitely exceeded expectations and would 10/10 would recommend.

Never ordering again from here as I have only received 1 out of 2 items which I have yet to get a response on email / instagram and now waiting for a refund since the gift was supposed to arrive almost a week ago (thru express shipping). Very disappointing

I sent my husband the link for these on Facebook a few days before our anniversary. He ordered the pink rose in the glass dome and I received it the next day. Packaging was safe and secure, shipping was quick and customer service was perfect. Overall great experience & would recommend as a gift.

ordered a blue one year rose for the mrs this morning around 7am, it was delivered now at 10:45. i have never received any delivery this quickly and everything is luxurious. the gift box is the best packaging i have received.thanks again for the quick delivery and amazing product.
