Berwick Pilates

I enjoy my Pilates classes! It’s a small size class with max 8 people. The environment is friendly and welcoming. Instructors are professional and encouraging. It’s been a good place where I can keep going my Pilates journey.

This was my first time doing Pilates in my life! I did the 0830am morning session with Lucy. From start to finish she made me feel so welcome and provided a nonjudgmental space for beginners. You don't have to be super fit to do Pilates. A common misconception that I had for a long time. I was a body builder most of my life, but have lived a very sedentary lifestyle for the past 1.5 years due to a major climbing accident. I finally attempting to get back into fitness through low impact due to my injuries. I found the workout to be challenging and fun at the same time. The atmosphere/vibe was great and the music played during our workout was fantastic. I really liked this place and will most likely purchase a membership after I use the beginner sessions. Thanks Lucy for making that experience so good. You were encouraging and really nice.

I had my first session today and I loved it ! It's been hard to find a studio that is fun and warm and comfortable. I really enjoyed my session today and felt very cared for, looked after and supported. I will definitely be continuing my membership !it was so nice to see the instructor seeing to each individuals needs and helping everyone though all of the movements when needed.

My first class today and it was such an amazing experience, the instructor was absolutely amazing, made you feel so welcomed and the atmosphere and the people were so positive! Definitely will be coming again

Berwick Pilates has been absolutely amazing for my health, both physically and emotionally! I have really enjoyed each and every one of the instructors sessions and love that the small classes of 8 mean that they can keep a close eye on your form and support you to reach for your full potential - I always come out of the studio feeling strong, positive and ready to smash the day!

As a first timer to Pilates, Berwick Pilates is an exceptional place to commence, warm, friendly, highly professional and supportive without being invasive, throughout the session, highly recommend.

I have only been to a few classes but I absolutely love Berwick Pilates so much! The instructors are so lovely and helpful. I would highly recommend it.
