Ordered 1st replacement alarm battery in March 2013. Needed replacing again in July 2022, years after it was supposed to expire. Same great service.

Bought a new battery for my Fly 6. Prompt, friendly, and efficient service. Altogether a seamless purchase and delivery.Can't give it 5 stars just yet because a month or so after I got it I injured my knee and have been off the bike since and hence I can't really comment on the battery's durability. Battery life itself--i.e. how long it lasts on a ride seems fine.Now if we can just get them to do the same for the Fly12?--Sign me up for 2 if they do.

Battery is as good as an original, weighs the same as an original and runs the drill as long or longer than an original, virtues that an Ebay offering was woefully unable to achieve. Original batteries are apparently no longer readily available. I would recommend and would use again The Battery Doctor.

I ordered a battery for my old Ryobi drill as the battery was dead and Ryobi no longer supplies them. The one I ordered was no longer stocked by the Battery Doctor, but I was advised the same day that this was the case and my money was refunded immediately. The Battery Doctor also recommended a suitable alternative battery which was $30 cheaper. I placed another order which was dispatched within three days. The replacement battery as been most satisfactory and has extended the life of my old drill. I found the Battery Doctor to be most professional and reliable and would buy from them again.
