I worked with Anthony and team on the purchase and settlement of my first apartment purchase. It's not exaggeration to say that I would not have been successful without Anthony's help. Aside from clear instructions, incredible responsiveness, and a trustworthy, guiding attitude, there were two things that really stood out.First, I made an offer the day before Anthony was going on a family holiday. He reviewed the contract within a few hours and then came to my house to review and sign it, promising to be on call during his vacation. This meant that I was able to move fast and make the first, and ultimately the successful, offer.Second, my settlement was quite complicated given the unit is located in a company title building.
