My wife had her engagement and wedding rings along with some other sentimental rings cleaned. When she went to collect them was asked about the stones in the wedding set, was then told that they were not very high in value, as far as to be told the diamonds she has are ‘the throw away diamond’.. she didn’t ask about valuation at any point. I find this to be incredibly rude and unprofessional. Along with poor customer service one of the rings wasn’t cleaned very well in the back of the setting.

Darryl and his team are great to work with! I had earrings made out of mums old engagement ring. They were professional, delivered exactly what was promised in a timely and affordable way! They also returned what was left of mums ring to keep as a sentiment. All around excellent!

had a special antique ring which has spinner function capable of showing 2 individual designs.Due to age the spinner fell out. A very delicate repair was done by Darryl to completely restore this fine piece. and for a fair and reasonable price.He is my go to jeweller for all my purchases and repairs. Will pressure test and certify your watch after replacing the battery.Highly recommended.

Tried to sell me a new watch glass, instead of removing a very fine hairline scratch. Did it myself with poly watch. Not helpful
