Wai did you cancel my UBER Eats order? I made the order around 11:30am and delivery was supposed to be between 12:30 to 1pm. If you cannot manage, you should not accept the order or cancel way before. Cancelled at 12:50pm. Have not tasted your food but this has left a bad taste already. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely woeful service.On 1st January ordered a delivery at 6:20pm via Menulog.Prior to ordering it said the order would be delivered between 30-45 minutes (arrive 6:50-7:05pm).Once ordered it immediately changed and estimated delivery between 7:35 and 7:55pm.After 8pm I sent a message via Menulog saying it was late and asking for an update that apparently would come within 5 minutes.... no response. At all. Ever.I tried calling twice, at 8:20pm. Rang out.Tried escalating to Menulog. No-one working.With no idea if the food was even coming and nowhere to go to get help, we ordered from somewhere else. After all, what can you do when you've got 3 hungry kids and no indication of whether the food you ordered 2 hours ago that was going to be there in 45 minutes was even coming.At 8:50 the food turned up, 2.5 hours after ordering. We refused it.Tried escalating to Menulog to refund, they refused as they said the restaurant delivers their own food and told us to contact the restaurant.Contacted the restaurant 16/1 and 17/1, leaving my contact details and requesting the owner call me. No callback.Submitted a chargeback with the bank. Refunded. The amount was less than $70 but hey, wouldn't let them get away with it. Businesses like this should be held to account.Why didn't they contact us advising it would be late as they knew it would be? Or not take the order at all? Terrible business.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! ZERO INTEGRITY!

Sloppy and flavourless. 1st and last time ever ordering from Wai's overpriced and Simple request missed. Complete wrong drink that cost $6 for 600ml..Absolute mistake.

I was weighing up 2 places tonight, my local restaurant for a mee Goreng or something new, which was a little bit cheaper but I ended up spending more on an additional item.I regret not going to my local, whose mg is dry fried with a beautiful wok hay, similar to other noodles I've had elsewhere. The products from here have the (lack) quality of a dancing wok, not much flavour, no quality produce and everything's dripping in sauces that taste the same. I dislike wet noodles and would not have ordered here if i knew this was the case.My mg in this instance looked orange and soggy,/sloppy like tinned spaghetti. It even had a light bland tomatoe flavour. Protein was almost non existent as well as vegetables.I added a 2nd star as it arrived hot.

Ordered my meal on menulog at 6:10pm, said it should be delivered between 7:10 and 7:30 once time had past after 7:30 we gave them a call the lady had said it was on its way and hangup on us, food didnt arrive till 8:20, we ordered the chilli lamb, seafood laksa and fried springrolls, the chilli lamb was average at best id give it a 4/10, the Laksa was yuck more coconut cream then the actual laksa flavour, there was 3 small prawns few little pieces of squid and heaps of big chunks of tofu, it was sickening. The springroll pastry was very chewy, no crunch at all. Will not be coming here again

Ordered twice from here now (never again) and both times I was left extremely unsatisfied. I find it pretty expensive for average dishes, eg wonton soup is just over ten dollars for a small container of spring onion and four dumplings... pregnant and not happy.I think the people who give them 5 star ratings don’t know anything about flavour..

Had honey chicken and special fried rice from Wai's at least once a month for a year now and they're consistently delicious!

Delish food friendly service love there beef and black bean also very accommodating to my fussy non vegetable lovers
