Parcel I ordered from a local business in Seven Hills was dropped off by the sender the following day. It's now a week later but tracking still has it sitting at this post office!!! WHY???????

Worst post office ever, packages never get delivered to my door I constantly have to pick them up or when they do deliver it they deliver it to the wrong house or leave it in the apartment hallway for anyone to pick up even when a signature is required. I’ve had multiple packages been delivered to the wrong house and multiple packages get stolen cause they leave in the entry of the apartment for anyone to grab when it clearly says leave in-front of door and signature required. Need to get your delivery drivers checked out because it’s disgusting behaviour. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Worst ever experience with this post office been couple of times for just a child passport application, the old gentleman is inefficient to accept the form due to just his ego. Closed 4.50 pm other day, and open 9.05 Am, I think they need to be mindful of their work hours. The lady is super helpful though.

One of the worst post offices I've been to. I got there at 4:50 to pick up a parcel. They close at 5. The guy was going off at me for getting there 10 mins before they close. AusPost needs to remind them that they get paid till 5.
