The Murray's driver Keri is the most kind, courteous, and helpful person that anyone could hope to employ.After being stranded by Greyhound in Toowoomba she ensured that those of us who were on an airport connection got there.I can't praise enough her efforts to get us to our flights that we would have missed. Do yourself a favour and use this local service.

Waited forty minutes for a bus, then found out that I need a green sticker on my student ID or I need to pay full price.Okay, fair enough, I'll just pay full price.Then it turns out that also no buses take eftpos. Or accept go cards. In 2016.Driver suggested I find an atm and wait another hour for the next bus.On the one hand, maybe I should have checked that the buses were up to date before leaving. On the other hand it's eftpos, and it's 2016.I'm not going check that each petrol station has eftpos before I fill up because a servo without eftpos would be crazy these days, so why does the local bus company have no plans to install eftpos machines?

On time and convenient. What more can one want

Good service if you could book a ticket..been trying for 4 days cant get though online phone the depot and no one is there... no after hours contact

Several busses throughout the day between Toowoomba & Brisbane. The bus wasn't over crowded and was Tidy.

What a joke... Catch only public transport in toowoomba for 3 months and tell me you have a different option if you work near boundary Rd or Charlton there's probably not even a service you can use as buses don't run to those areas thanks bus queensland (a subcontractor) of translink

Have just completed a journey on BQ201 from Brisbane to Cloncurry and felt compelled to write a review about the top shelf service provided by the 3 drivers Allan,Les and Geoff who ensured the passengers safety and comfort was a priority. Special mention to Geoff who was quick to assist a lady who took a tumble at the Tambo stop while losing her footing at the bus stop. Overall very friendly these guys were and made every effort to where possible to allow me a chance for some photography of my journey at locations as I like to do. I sincerely hope bus Queensland retains the contract for these long distance services as I doubt greyhound or premier could provide the service levels you do. Nice clean comfortable coach too with effective air conditioning. I'm not one who usually writes long reviews but feel it is justified in this instance. The sight unseen other" jobs your drivers do without complaint (freight/parcels etc) is also of note. My first journey on this route and although initially reluctant to do so
