Poor customer service and cheating on price too. They don't want customers come back again. Only wants money money and money.. no service.. won't go back again

This business cheats customers and does whatever it can to maximize profits.Prices are marked differently to what is scanned at the counter.When the issue was raised, the staff member tried to blame someone else without considering it's the stores mistake. No remorse whatsoever. Imagine if 100 customers made the same mistake? Misleading and deceitful.If this happened at Woolworths or Coles, the stores scanning policy would allow the customer to get the product for free.There is also another issue of no refunds" signage being displayed. This surely has to be illegal. If a product is faulty or defective

South Indian lady at the counter was talking on the phone for the whole time and isn’t greet any of the customer and was definitely rude.When my turn came I greeted her but she was bother to say anything back.I had cash in my hand and she pressed the eftpos button, I told her that I’m paying by cash so she rolled the eyes on me and took cash from my hand.NEVER GOING TO THAT PLACE AGAIN AND NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Very expensive that other shop. I went there today and bought some stuff. There was a lady with wearing glasses on the counter and i ask her why is it expensive than other places. Guess what i got the response - why don’t you go and buy from other place then. Thats the rudest comment i ever got in my life .

I have bought bag of panipuri from this shop! But the Puri was teeth broken and apart from them! When I go there to tell them they argue with me and talking very rudely with attitude! I don't as a boss what she thinks but guys Don't prefer that shop if you got option! Ridiculous experience! Very bad customer service, very rude owner with lots of attitude!

Very ridiculous experience! Vegetables are not fresh and when you went on Monday the vegetables you got there is still there on Friday! Not fresh enough! And the way the owner talk is really bad! She talk like we are go there to work for her, not to buy a think! Don't know how to talk with customer!

Poor experience. Should train staff how to treat customers. Firstly was accused of trying to head off without paying for bag of tomato displayed outside when I was actually entering the store to browse for more veges. Was not offended the first time as the lady was doing her job but when I went to the counter to pay the same lady and her colleague were talking in their language which they had know idea I knew and were saying how she caught me and now I’m paying for the tomato . Such a bad impression for regular customer
