Absolutely AMAZING customer service. I went in to the store thinking I knew what I needed and low and behold the sales person offered me an easier and considerably cheaper option. It's so hard finding good service let alone a sales person interested in what's best for the customer over profit. A+++P.S The HDMI to DVI adapter worked perfectly, thanks again.

Charged me a $70 diagnostic fee which took under 5 minutes.‘Your battery is ok, so it must be something else’ was the diagnosis I was provided (which I had already knew). For another $70-$140/hr we can investigate further, no thanks, I’ll take my business elsewhere.Disgrace.

Brad and the team at Alpha computers are excellent to deal with. Polite, friendly staff who are very experienced in repairing computers. After fixing my own computers for near 20 years, I was running into some issues that I just couldn't fix. Decided to bite the bullet and put it in for repairs. Two days later, it's fixed, with awesome advice and clear information as to what the cause was. I couldn't have been more impressed and appreciative.Thanks Brad!Murdock
