Food is good and value for money. There are 2 cafes in this place and you have variety of choices. Staff are friendly. There are lot of seating areas. Service is quick. Food is fresh and tasty. Indoor and outdoor dining areas available. Usually this is very busy. But staff take care of the guests. You don't need to book for seats. It is better to dine at this place before or after visiting this historic place. Because other restaurants are bit far way.

I was really impressed with the meal.I ordered the hamburger and it a solid hamburger, the Relish they used was full of flavour. The burger was a decent size and ebeh used a good quality bun and fresh ingredients.Even through they were super busy only waited 10 mins for the burger.I would have given a 5 but the pattie was a bit cold.I paid just under $20 bucks for a burger and chips and was well worth it (tbh I was expecting to pay more being the location etc).

Parking easily available in front of entry to the Arthur site. Ticketing and checking staff is very friendly. Good overview of the historic site from many team members present at your slot. Last but not the least Harbor ferry.

Food was nothing to really rave about. The chilli on my pizza overpowered the prawn & other flavours. The base was soggy too. It was very busy when my family and I came to the cafe, and the staff were nice enough.

If you love a bit of history you'll love this place. Informative talks and interesting stories on different buildings, jail cells, hospitals, office quarters, solitary confinements cells . Some of which remain today. Can do this in a day if early and having a good plan for talks on various buildings . Maps provided at counter. They have golf cart drivers that help get you around if your not too mobile.Food was a pricey but not bad at all, you can take your own if you want and save some bucks. Wear some decent walking shoes as plenty of walkingAbsolutely loved it and very picturesque. Worth the money for the insight to the life of the convicts and how it was back then which was tough

The food is very fresh, apparently the salads and sandwiches are made on site. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is a busy cafe catering to visitors to the historic site. The salmon salad was very tasty and great value for money.
