STAY AWAY from this shop!! I have been waiting to get my car repaired for more than 2 and a half months now. Got a text from them a week prior my booking date that my parts aren't in yet but will be in the first week of August. It's first week of August and they claim that my parts haven't arrived but will until later this week. To top it off, when I asked if I could bring my car later this Friday, the lady said they dont actually take car in for repairs on Fridays! So far I still haven't got a fix date to bring my car in. And on top of that I need re-book my car hire again and again! This is ridiculous! Very unprofessional from their side. I wonder how long it takes to get parts in! Surely, it doesn't take more than 2 months!!!

Told me that the car would take 6 to 8 days. But it took almost 3 weeks. Took 2 months for booking. The receptionist is very polite and helpful. The car look great after repaired. Reasonanle price.

Max Green and Co did a fantastic job repairing my damage car. I was told that part’s coming from overseas and repair will be delay. Once parts arrived, the repair was completed fast. The car looks wonderful and can’t tell it was previously damage. Five stars services from Jason and his team. Keep up the good work and thank you.

Was over a 3 month wait for parts. The actual repair took 9 business days for a small bumper repair and paint. The length of the repair wasn’t communicated to me and when I called they kept saying it would take “maybe another day or two”. I believe money was also stolen from the inside but they did compensate me for it with no dispute

I went there today for an insurance claim. I had been served by a Jason, very rude and intimidating. He also served two people that came in after I had been seated. I hope the customer service improves quickly!

Firstly, I don’t often do reviews but thought this was worth it.I would like to thank Jason and the team in Welshpool, for the prompt work done on my car. It was done within the week as scheduled, the work was completed and I was very happy in the quality of work on the tailgate and bumper. I liked the app provided as it gave me an update of progress and helped me plan with hire car, arranging transport etc. it was a good point of contact to keep in touch with the job. I know that not everyone likes an app, and it can be frustrating if you have delays in supply chain which is out of your control, so the app is a good way in progress.The work done, pat your team on the back for the good quality of work, it was like picking up a new car again. Beautifully cleaned and polished.Jason, was very helpful, listened to my questions and I will take on board the advice on after care. Jason was helpful, polite and knowledgeable.Reception was helpful, knew her work and had everything ready to finalise, thank you.Again, thank youCheryl P

Highly recommend ! Theyh are accomodating (even after i missed two booked appointments & late to my third) and the staff are friendly. I had the front bumper of my RAV4 replaced along with a few other minor fixes and i am very pleased with the result.

While the work was fine, it took 10 days to complete the replacement of a rear bumper and repair part of the front bumper. Initially the estimate was a week.The management of jobs is very poor and I had been told by the manager that they had received a part wrongly three times!!!., and were hoping to get the correct part in the fourth try!!.It shows how they are running the business.They never apologised for the delay and was kept saying the this is the type of business that they are running.

I was recently involved in a collision whereby another vehicle drove into the side of mine causing substantial damage. Within hours of lodging my claim with my insurance company I was contacted by Joyce and an appointment was made to take in my car. In the end my car was written off but the service and advice I received from Jason was of great benefit to me. I highly recommend this business for their professionalism and going the extra kilometre for their customers.

Would not recommend.Told me my car will take 3 days, they took five days, said there will be a new bumper, headlight, and fog light. Once the car was returned, the bumper had been fixed but other panels weren’t fitted properly and sticking out with a lot of movement, headlight still had scratches (clearly kept the same one). Pretty much caused further difficulty as I had arranged alternatives ways to get to work for the original 3 days but ended up keeping the car longer for them to do a half job. Also left a scratch on my side mirror which I know wasn’t there. Extremely disappointed. Will update this review if issues are resolved. Originally I was happy to take the car to them as they had decent reviews but obviously their quality of service has severely declined.
