Typical OTR style servo where of you've seen one you've seen them all.Brand new so all new, tidy and clean.Staff were very polite and friendly. Obviously some teething issues as I overheard a manager explaining the lack of doughnuts. Obviously a big deal for the customer, but I thought he handled it well.Easy access to fuel pumps, easy access to heavy vehicle fuel pumps and plenty of room for B Doubles and I would think road trains would have no problem also.Truck drivers lounge is neat and tidy, and spacious.Truck driver showers are excellent size, laundry also available at I think a reasonable cost.Overall a solid effort by OTR.

Clean and tidy - best way to sum up this place. Coffee was ok - not brilliant. There is Hungry Jacks and Wok in a Box on-site too. Mini supermarket offerings as well. Plenty of cold drink options and slurpies too! Toilets are spotless which is a big plus for a roadside pit stop. All cats are in the shade whilst filling up which is a big plus when it’s hot or raining. Recommended.

I m vegetarian & I bought Mac & cheese which has bacon.. very disappointed… they should write it on display… always love Mac & cheese bites… when I complain about that.. manager was very rude & said you are vegetarian you should have asked… not happy with the service..

The onion rings and milk shake from hungry jacks at this service station was very good. The overall cleanliness of the dining area was very poor with food scraps and dead bugs on the floor. The food is definitely worth coming back for.

Had an OTR ham, tomato, lettuce and avocado sandwich. Very nice. Heaps of people in the facility, so it is very popular

I stopped there for a coffee at 2:30am i parked at diesel filling station because i there is no parking in parking lady staff standing outside of shop said me park in the parking I already told her there no parking still that lady didn’t listen to me !! I just stop for a 5 min even though one single trailer is parked in car park !! Staff is very need i think she behave like that because I’m brown they don’t know if trucks stops australia stop

3 fuel bowsers not working for heavy vehicles, 2 have been broken for a month. Showers were putrid I turned and walked out. Staff don't care at all when raising a concern, I waited at the hungry jacks counter for 5mins without being acknowledged. You have lost my business and I will go out of my way to convince the other 40+ drivers in the company I work for to go elsewhere too

Never had any issues with NIGHT staff, and in defence of staff member with the review by mr Singh about not parking at pumps the staff was well within the rights to ask for you to not to park there, doesn’t matter what time it was, if four trucks could have come in at same time someone will be wanting to refuel but has to wait because you want a coffee, don’t play the racism card, as I’m sure staff would have told anyone to move as it’s not ok to hold up the pump lanes, they are for people wanting to refuel. Being held up by someone who has only stopped in the lane for a shower, food or coffee is happening way to many times! So mr Singh don’t USE THE PUMPS AS A PARKING BAY and go away with the racism card!

The service was friendly and the clerk was attentive. There was a huge selection for a service station. The place do however need a bit of a clean.
