Bras N Things Belconnen

Staff were absolutely amazing from the first second I walked in the door. They were energetic and friendly and helpful and made me feel super comfortable! They also helped me pick my size and kept checking up on me to change over sizes. Best experience I’ve ever had in a store. Best customer service !

My first bra, my formal shapewear and every event in between - I have been shopping here for years and have always had such a positive experience. Staff have always been knowledgeable, friendly and above all helpful!! However, my experience this evening was disappointing to say the least. I had been browsing for about 30min before being attended to, whilst a blonde sales assistant chatted to someone on the phone behind the counter in both earshot & eyeshot. I was left alone in the change room without any offer of assistance, so it was quite close to store close by the time we checked out over $200 worth of items. Despite this, the blonde’s brunette colleague was super friendly and remained quite helpful throughout our visit, reassuring us that this was okay. We tried to check out as quickly as possible however, (after finally hanging up the phone) the blonde responded snarkily to our queries, maintained a poor and sarcastic attitude throughout the entire checkout process and slammed the shutters behind us so hard that it startled both my mother and I, as well as several onlookers. I am normally quite impressed with Bras n Things but this experience has left quite a bitter taste in both of our mouths. I hope that by our next visit, the service will have returned to the excellent standard we are normally accustomed to.

Frequent flyer customer here. I've been to Bras and Things in every state in Australia within the past few years.Vanessa provided the most amazing customer service from the minute I stepped into the store. She was bright , friendly and gave honest recommendations.Being a slimmer build and top heavy. It can be very hard to accommodate my needs. Vanessa took on the challange wth a smile and found two bras which fitted perfectly. Saving my day honestly! An ill fitting bra can be nothing but embarrassment and frustrating.Highly recommend the team at Belconnen Bras and Things.

I've been buying my bras from here since I came to Canberra and it's always a 5-star. I took my mum there the other day before and we were in and out in about 15 minutes. Measurement was taken by one of the friendly staff, mum took a couple of bras based on recommendation and the color she love, payment was made and that was it. No dilly-dallying, spending half your day checking the right fit as in other stores. I recommend this place any day for quality products, staff support and prompt service.

Was just served by Pricilla and isn’t she just a gem! Bought a dressing gown and she was very helpful and cheery. She deserves a customer service award for her great attitude. In fact all the girls were lovely.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I normally don't like shopping for underwear but the staff made me feel so welcome and assisted me to find the correct size. Will definitely be going back mext time!

The girls here are lovely and always so helpful. The stock is plentiful and there is always a good degree of choice. The range is steadily improving in terms of sizing diversity which I'm thrilled about! Keep up the great work ❤️

Bianca was so helpful!! Fitted me and completely surprised me with my new/actual size! Staff was so kind and really listened to what I was saying. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Friendly staff but poor quality bras. I bought a bra from here around 6months ago and the underwire has already come out to poke me and the stiching on one of the cups is coming apart. I wore it at least once a week and used a gentle machine wash with a bras n things wash bag when needed. I've had bras that have lasted much much longer than this.
