Kayla, at Milky Rituals, is such an amazing woman! The process of booking, pick up of placenta and the drip off of the capsules was so easy and simple. One less thing I had to think about during the crazy time that is birth and postpartum. I have found the placenta capsules to help so much with my hormones post birth and have loved my experience with Milky Rituals. I will definitely be back next baby and be recommending Milky Rituals to all my expecting friends!

What a privilege to have Kayla prepare and encapsulate our placenta! The placenta pills were a lifesaver in those first few weeks, my mood and energy were so high! My milk came in really quickly and post partum recovery was fast. If your are looking to get your placenta encapsulated I highly recommend beautiful Kayla!

I had my little man in October last year and had asked Kayla to encapsulate my placenta. I had my daughters done almost 5 years ago and knew that i will be having my sons done also.I loved Kayla's holistic approach and how incredibly knowledgeable she was around the encapsulation. I truly believe that having my placenta encapsulated helped with my milk supply but i also felt the shift emotionally on days where i was feeling exhausted or down.Ill be forever grateful to Kayla.

I have loved my experience with Milky Rituals!Finding somewhere that took care of everything and was a simple and easy process was important to me.Kayla was excellent to communicate with - especially with my husband during this time as it was one less thing for me to worry about.I felt really looked after and I have thoroughly enjoyed taking my capsules! I am blown away with how great my recovery has been!

I always wanted my placenta encapsulated but wanted to trust someone with that processes and I’m so glad it was Kayla from Milky Rituals. She is so beautiful and made the whole process so easy. I felt real warmth from her especially in those early days where you don’t know what’s going on other then feed, eat, sleep and cuddle. I ordered the smoothie (chefs kiss) and the capsules but was pleasantly surprised by the lil care package that came with it.Kayla also made us these amazing chia puddings for us and i have been making them every week now. I’m obsessed!
