When deciding which computer repair company to use Trusted PC Solutions was more responsive than the others I spoke to and showed a desire to do the work, as opposed to the take it or leave it" attitude of others I spoke to in the area.I'm working remotely at the moment. When the keyboard stopped functioning it was important it is was fixed with genuine Dell parts and preferably within 1 day so I wouldn’t miss work targets. John did a great job firstly sourcing the right part

Very few people live up to their reputation but this man invented reputation. This business is run by a very honest man who will tackle any problem head on. I'm a tech gamer and support local businesses. I worked with John to replace my blown overworked motherboard and took advantage of upgrading the CPU whilst we were at it (he worked his magic to take me from i5 to i9 well within my budget). I would recommend dealing with John any day of the week. His pricing and his suppliers are top notch and the shipping speed is rapid express. Great value all round. Awesome customer service! I called to ask for a quote for a screen replacement for my laptop thinking I had broken the screen, not only was John able to diagnose the real issue over the phone but he walked me through how to fix it and saved me spending money on a screen I didn’t need! Honesty and quality customer service can be hard to find, this is a local business I will definitely be supporting if I have any other issues down the track!

John is the best at what he does. He put in the extra effort, trawling through forums to figure out what was the issue with my PC. Combination of faulty memory and old firmware updates. Had to return it a few days later due to a faulty motherboard which John installed for cost price & even scrapped the labor fees!
