Just under one year and ~8k kms from my service here,and look at this 'premium engine oil.' I paid for an engine oil flush, a new engine oil filter and their premium oil (a service around $1.1k), so you can imagine my shock when this 'mud' came out. Disappointed to say the least...The staff from memory were definitely friendly, but I sadly can't speak for much else after this.
