Thank you Gloria and Tanya... you both were so incredibly helpful going beyond expectation to ensure customer satisfaction. I bought placemats and runner but the store was short one and despite assurances from your warehouse, the placemat didn’t arrive in store to complete my order. I wanted to cancel my order and you both continued to call and search and Gloria you even went out of your way to personally collect it from one of your other stores to ensure I would have my set. Thank you very much. CustomerService such as you’ve given me is very rare. You two are awesome.
