I've been coming here for years, the ladies are all lovely and create the most wonderful nails! Highly recommend.

Went there on wednesday 18/1/23 at 3pm for a pedicure with my friend and they butchered my toes... 3 days after i had to go to the doctor FOR A FUNGAL INFECTION IN MY TOE after i had a pedicure there. Hygiene standards are absolutely horrendous and when my friend went to get her nails done the just RINSED the pedicure bowl. so disguting and now i can barely walk. And while we were getting our pedicures all the staff were talking so loud in their language and the manager (i think) was standing over the girl my pedicure watching her like a hawk and she got shellac polish all over my foot... like girl it goes on the nail pls. AND I PAID $60 for a terrible job. so rude and so unprofessional. will be reporting them for poor hygiene and hopefully they get shut down. disgusting i wont be going back and i urge others to STAY AWAY.

Last time I went here I paid $135 for an infill with short length, plain colour, gel extensions and a basic pedicure with shellac. The price changes everytime I go here and I always get the exact same thing. They also tell me everytime I go they don't accept card and i have to get cash out. I went here 4/5 times to try and give them a chance but it's the same everytime.

I asked them to remove my shellac nails (that they gave me) which had chipped within a week. They initially charged me $15 by cash and when I told them I only had card they insisted I pay $20. They have never had a card minimum before and I have been there a few times.Terrible service and they're evading tax on top

Wanted to charge me 40 bucks to fix a nail, most places will do it for free. Woman was rude, tried to manipulate me into getting a full set. They take advantage of young girls saying “give us a review and we will lower the price.”

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My friend and I got our nails done here a few days ago where we were met with verbal abuse and were imprisoned in the store. My friend was also physically assaulted and chased with scissors by the lady with glasses and short brown hair. All because we dared to question the price of my friends nails as she seemed to be overcharging(she still had every intention of paying). The police had to be called and my friend and I are still incredibly shaken by this whole ordeal. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE EVER and Support a place like this !

I got an infill of acrylics and was charged the wrong price and when I pointed out that its says on their menu a different price they ignored me. They also offered me a cash discount but then still charged me full price for the nails. They also cut my hand and did not apologise but instead grabbed my hand and kept working on the area. Very bad experiance.

I have always had a positive experience and cannot commend the ladies here enough on their work and customer service! I went back in to the shop a few days after getting a manicure and pedicure, as one of my nails had chipped and they re coated all my nails and made sure they were all perfect! They are an absolutely wonderfully run business and I will be loyal customer from here on in.Thank you so much!!

The nails come out beautifully. However, you will never be charged the same price. I go in for the exact same thing every time and each worker has charged differently. The manager has even charged me $20 over which has now made me decide not to go back. Very disappointing as I love how my nails turn out but I don't suggest becoming a regular customer.
