My partner and I didn’t even know there was grilled in Burpengary until I googled food that was open near us, and i do think it’s abit pricey we spent $56 on both of us to have 2 burgers 1 chips and 2 drinks.But it is very filling I struggle to finish my burger which is great you get your moneys worth! Love that they have vegan options for me like cheese and you can make your own to suit your needs which is great but sucks they charge extra.Overall I love grilled and there burgers!

In my opinion, the Chili Addict is the best burger out there and of course only Grill’d makes it. I’m impressed how they came up with putting in a roasted capsicum and sour cream into a burger.This location was clean, with friendly staff, and the presentation of the Chili Addict on a lettuce wrap was beautiful. I also like that they offer healthier bread options for people on low carb. I love that you can still feel light and healthy after a burger. Grill’d is our favourite burger joint.

The food is good, but it is overpriced. Particularly if you choose the huild your own option as every single topping costs an exorbident amount of money even with only getting the same amt of toppings on all of the premade burger options. Sides were pretty tasty, but again, just too small of portions for the price

I Visited Grilld burpengary today for lunch. Id say it was more of a school playground behind the counter. The staff talked about their weekend the whole time and didn’t have much regard for their customers and orders. We watch numerous orders being returned and serving meals as takeaway when you are seated at a table because they didn’t read the docket. Worst one was to witness someone return their burger as they ordered vegetarian and they received a beef burger. The staff simply took the beef patty off and threw it in the bin. Then replaced the meat juice covered burger with a veggie patty and served it to the unsuspected customer. Id be concerned if someone had an allergy and ate here.The food did taste good but id definitely reevaluate the whole staff as it could land this restaurant a law suit or even worse a death.

I am an ubereats driver, one of my customers complained bitterly about the restaurant stupid policy of putting cold drinks in with hot food. KFC hungry jacks so many others put cold drinks separately. Ubereats will give us 3 deliveries at once now ,stupidly. Not us drivers fault

What a disappointment. Ordered 5 things; one was a sauce, one missing, 2 cold and the last was pretty ordinary and overcooked. My first time with Grill'd, was expecting a lot more. Rang to get it rectified and they wouldn't reissue the order, just palmed it off to Uber.Best tasting part of the order was the dipping sauce but I didn't get the chips to dip in it. QUITE ANNOYED. WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. AND THIS EXPERIENCE COST ME OVER $50.

Very bad food.I ordered a gluten-free bun and it was burnt and not edible. My chips are cold and my dogs don’t even want to eat them that’s how cold they are. I now have to go spend another $60 to by my family lunchVery disappointing.

Girl with the dark hair and cool tattoos, your attitude was beautiful. You had such a bubbly and uplifting personality. I think something in the burger tasted a little burnt and it was pretty cold in there tonight. But this staff member made the whole visit worthwhile
