Stuart was always quick to reply to my texts, and easy to communicate with. He was easy going but also great at pointing out the unique benefits of each property, some that I hadn’t thought of. I viewed several properties with Stuart, Ken and Laura over a few months. They are a genuine, approachable and professional team. I was very happy to finally buy from them when I found the right home. The stand out for me was Stuart’s communication - I never had to chase him up, I never had to wait a long time to receive a reply or a call back. He didn’t get sick of me when I didn’t like many of the properties on offer, and when my budget changed a few times. He made the buying process easy, positive and smooth. Stuart was also very honest about the properties he showed me. He was quick to talk about the positives, but he didn’t hide any potential negatives from me either. It’s pretty rare to find a real estate agent who is as trustworthy as Stuart has been. Having bought and sold many times, I have never worked with any other agent who had as much integrity. It was much appreciated. If I ever need to sell, I will definitely be calling Stuart. I’ve been in my new home a couple of months now and I’m very happy.
