Great reliable company

As per the previous review, their cashback offer is a lie. My claim was denied based on the reason that my invoice wasn't paid in full which false, and the photo submitted includes the eftpos receipt to prove this. As per the previous review, no reply when contacted about this.

I have had three sets of Michelin Primacy tyres on 2009 Accord Euro and got between 60,000 and 70,000 km from each set. Put on a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres and drastic signs of wear were evident at 15,000km mark. With around 22,000km on them now I'll be lucky to get 25,000km from a set. Michelin rep looked at tyres and said they had probably worn due to incorrect inflation or driving conditions.Given the previous three sets lasted over 60,000km it's obvious the Pilot Sport 4 tyres I purchased are garbage.The Warranty Terms offered by Michelin are ridiculous and like many disclaimers illegal. I'll be seeking a full refund through Fair Trading from where I purchased the tyres on grounds of unacceptable durability.Michelin claiming poor inflation and driving conditions were a factor are ignoring the fact that three previous sets lasted 60,000 to 70,000 km and neither the inflation regime or driving conditions had changed.

Awesome experience

Purchased $1750 worth of tyres 7/12/21. Submitted the Cashback office on the same day. Nothing heard until I sent an email inquiring about the claim and they said that it had been declined 10/12. No notification of this was sent to me. Rang again today 20/12 and was advised that I will now have to wait up to 48 hours for a reply. Didn't receive the first one so I am assuming I will have to chase them up AGAIN. Really poor service

Michelin Australia are a fantastic and dynamic team. Motion for Life!

Have been a long time user of Michelin tyres however fitted Pilot Sport 4 to my Mazda 3 and only lasted for 25000 km. These tyres are very poor value and I will never be a Michelin purchaser again. Have fitted Hankook at just over half the cost and expect them to last twice as long.
