Car Wash Kingdom

Went on Christmas day and paid $19.95 for laser carwash. It was supposed to print out a receipt, but it didn't, then waited for the previous person to finish and then only to find out the machine had some issue and didn't work at all. Tried calling the number on the website, but there was no answer. Very poor experience.The owner of the business gave me his number, contacted him and was helpful and was able to get the car wash done. Really quick reply which was greatly appreciated.

Tried the new brush wash. Usually against brush washes as I used to think it scratches your clear coat, but car turned out really clean without micro scratches.

Edit: just tried to use the carwash machines, Monday 29th. Card payment isn’t working, one machine is broken. What’s the point of this place, honestly.Was good when it opened. Bit dodgy and dirty now. Good location & hours. Last time I went (3 weeks ago on a Saturday) the brush autowash broke for the car in front, so we then lined up for the laser wash. It didn’t do the tyre clean as I drove in, aaaaand then the exit doors wouldn’t open (the guy behind me ended up helping force them open) so I probably won’t come back, too unreliable for $25 bucks.The autowash at 7/11s are about the same reliability and at least there’s someone on-site to help you out, if you get trapped in the carwash, and you spend 30mins in line on weekends.

24hrs. Man it’s always good here, need gold coins for vacuum hopefully they can upgrade. Other than that, there’s enough space to work and enough space away from other cars!

Don’t use it, this will literally drain your money. 5$ to start, if on card 8$ and trust me you won’t be able to clean your car unless spending at least 20$. I paid twice for fragrance nothing sprayed at all and took the money away. Absolute rubbish. Better go to a car wash cafe.

This car wash has potential but is very poorly maintained with poor pressure, and much of the soap/wax/clearcoat was either dripping out or not coming out at all.The wax barely spat a few drops and the clear coat didn't work at all.It needs regular cleaning as the bays are covered with mud, rubbish and debris.There are four self-serve bays and two automatic - one no-touch and one with a brush. I didn't use either of them. There are also four vacuum/drying bays. Didn't use them either since I expected them also not to work and save my money by doing it at home.The only good thing about this carwash is that it's one of the few self-serve washes around the area. It's pretty expensive and takes a 5% surcharge on card payments. There's a change machine there if you don't have card. Though who uses cash now...Not impressed, would go somewhere else if I knew of a better alternative.

Soap is heavily corrosive. My vehicle's paint still requires professional attention. Not happy, but will great for the old car which is coated in tree sap.

NO SOAP!!! Like others have said, great place to waste your money as well as credit 5% credit card fee which is above the legal ACCC limit. Minimum is now 8$ instead of $5. If I wanted a water spray, I should just did it at home. Rang number, no response. I usually don't post reviews but I need to let fellow drivers know. This is my good deed today.EDIT: No. I did not get the wrong car wash. I have attached the picture of your wash panel ffs in the original review. Don't try to fool other readers.

I paid 18 dollars for absolutely nothing. When I payed I moved forward and the machine just didn’t do anything. I called the owner 9 times only to not get a reply. I never write down reviews but this really annoyed me and if I could contact the owner I would like a refund. If I could give it 0.5/5 stars I would.
