Horrible Service, Ask for last roll in the case late in the afternoon and was told it was a display item , no other items had any displays they had just sold out. I believe she just wanted it for herself and wouldnt sell it to me. Then continued to tell me to just buy something else that were also the last items but they apparently werent displays. :(

Worst pie and sausage roll ever, looked good but cold from the warmer... Tried to return but the lady just argued till I couldn't stand it anymore, so I left, hungry and $20 out of pocket. Do not go here if you don't want to get sick.

Pie was terrible! They have a spice in them, that doesn't belong. Like star anise. Pastry is thick and somewhat undercooked. Sandwiches were tasteless. Spring rolls weren't too bad.Such a shame as it would have been good to have a great bakery in that location.

This used to be my favorite bakery. Would always buy a big box of sausage rolls, potatoe pies as well as a box of apple turnovers every single week. Until one day i found a chunk of plastic bag inside the meet of a sausage roll. Since that time, its just dont feel too appetizing to buy from there...

A few months ago I took my daughter to the loo and the lady that came out didn't wash her hands then we went to get bakery for lunch and it was the same lady behind the counter.Today I thought I'd give it ago and bought rice paper rolls ate one and started the second only to stop as the pork looked bad and smelt the meat and it was off.I guess now I wait and see if I become unwell.Anyone who bought one today and becomes unwell this is your cause. Not good.

I’m really sad to see that a lot of the reviews on here are negative because every time I’ve visited this bakery its been a great experience! My boyfriend and I love the pies here, he swears by the potato pies & the twisty donuts they sell. We always receive lovely customer service here & I’ve never been disappointed!

Sausage rolls are really delicious, great meat taste and flaky pastry. $3.80 is a bit pricey though for what you get. The steak pie was very average in taste, but $5.20 for it was way too much.

They use to have the best pies in town they used to be good price 5.20 and they were full of filling and very tasty but sadly the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. Pies are thin not much filling and pasty taste's horrible price around 6.00 I can get better elsewhere. It's sad when a good business cuts on quality but still increases prices. We see this everywhere these days and it really is sad. Sorry bakehouse you just lost a good customer.

WARNING: Would give zero stars! It's cold because it's fresh" was the answer given for a sausage roll and pie that one bite was taken of and attempted to return as they were cold. No refund offered. Horrible horrible woman arguing she was in the right. We don't want food poisoning thanks. Do not go here."
