Best Bikram yoga studio! Zhi puts a lot of care into the studio, this place is clean, has a friendly atmosphere and great teachers.Bikram yoga always leaves you feeling fresh and calm, I personally find I can not go more than a few days without it. A must try for anyone considering doing something for their mind and body. Thank you Zhi for bringing such a great studio to us in this area.

Great place, Excellent & friendly staff. The instructors are very professional and let every individual learn at their own pace and effort. The great thing I enjoy is if you get tired, cramping up etc, you can lie down, relax recoup and join back, all at your own pace.

Highly recommend to anyone who is into strengthening their spines and stay fit! I personally cannot keep up with any fitness class and I don't like hot yoga. But once I tried bikram yoga, the result is amazing. You will sweat a lot but it feels really great after each class! I am so happy I finally find something I really love to do!You can sign up on mindbody and they have intro offer at a very cheap price.

The studio is a bit too far for me but it's all wroth it, the centre is clean and odds less, Zing and her team are so nice and professional, after one class I feel physical & mental improvement already.
