I just want to provide some feedback to acknowledge the hard work and efficiency that Kellie Papworth- Property Manager has provided in our experience signing on as new tenants at One Agency.The market is very tough at the moment and even though I can only imagine there is increased demand in applicants, Kellie has responded to all our enquiries promptly, advocated for us as long term community members of Torquay and assisted us to secure a long term rental. Kellie, your positive nature and kindness has not gone unnoticed and in addition to this; the processes in place from application to inspections and signing the leases, and electronic condition reports have been seamless.I very much appreciated the little touches, like meeting us on the first day to show us and welcome us to our new home. I have rented in Torquay for about 8 years and have never had a better experience with a property manager or real estate. Communication and all round experience has been fabulous. Those who know me, know I say it how I see it.I've lived in Torquay for 10 years and knew early on that if I ever sold, we'd go with Sean at One Agency. The reason? Because it is his name you'll hear around town.Sean has grown up in Torquay - it's his backyard. I chose Shaun to sell my property for a number of reasons, firstly he spent the most time talking me through how it would all work - then in tandem he actually had a strong process in place that I didn't see with other agents. He knows the area inside and out and has good relationships with both buyers and sellers.I like that he is calm, thorough and highly communicative.
