Recently had a large paint order that required some tricky colour matching. Craig was able to match the colour so close, you could not tell the difference. He then promptly delivered to Traralgon and even provided a discount.

Nice range and very helpful staff who will take the time to explain things when you have absolutely no idea what you need.

Had a terrible experience with this Tile company. I chose a tile which was quoted at $55 per metre, after placing my order the quote came back for $70 per metre. I complained and they said they were only happy to match $61, so I cancelled the order. They then called back after 2 hours to say they would match their original price of $55. I was unsure of the business so did not go ahead with the order.After 6 months I was willing to give them a second chance and they quoted me $55 per metre, totaling $1890 gst inclusive, in a verbal quote. I placed the order and when my partner went in to pay he was charged $2,200, so $61 per metre. I rang to complain and they apologized saying they would match their quoted price and refund the difference. My partner went in for said refund and they were only happy to bring the price down to $1900.44.You cannot trust a quote from this business. Would never use them again.Make sure you have a written quote, and check your bills!

While visiting family I rang about tiles I have not been able to find interstate where I now live . The gentleman I spoke to was so helpful and let me know where I can get them from near my home. I have now ordered them. Thankyou.
