The installers were really friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and the system is fantastic. I love being able to generate my own power from the sun! Arkana is the best.

All our experiences with Arkana has been positive and easy from the initial quote through to installation. We have just had a 6.5kw system installed. The installation team led by Hayden, were very professional. Their work was very neat and tidy, Hayden was happy to answer any questions I had. Now we are just waiting for the inspector before the system is turned on. Office staff followed up the day after installation.

After receiving several quotes for a 20Kw Three Phase System and battery, ARKANA delivered a fantastic installation and support. The process was the cheapest. We had a great experience from start to finish! I recommend them to anyone for your solar and battery needs.

We had our solar installed which was a seamless experience. They provided helpful information to enable us to make a decision on what we needed and they made the whole process simple. They arrived early on the day and were incredibly efficient. We are very happy with our product and service. We had a problem with one of our inverters and with a little prompting and help from customer care the issue has since been rectified. That’s probably the only tricky thing, which is more a solar issue, as it is quite unfamiliar if something isn’t working you need assistance from arkana to figure it out but they were able to resolve the problem for us.

Very happy with the process from start to finish. Very prompt to quote and install. Seamless experience all through. Had a bit of a problem with getting our Inverter to connect to our not so good internet, but head electrician stayed and made numerous phone calls until it was all sorted. Great job!

The quote was slightly more but I made my decision on the quality of the product and warranty provided (no regrets). The crew that did the installation was friendly, polite, and efficient. Several weeks of research and consulting resulted in choosing Arkana Energy and although based in Queensland, they were recomended by a Victorian Consultancy to be one of the top 3 Solar Energy experts in Victoria also and would be able to install etc in our town of Hastings.Graeme and Kylie explained the process and gave me some history of Arkana Energy, along with why they recommend and use certain products of Panels and Inverters. They also recommended to make the system battery ready" so we could add that part at any stage in the future once we see how much Solar Energy we are generating and how it affects our power bills.They assisted with completing the State Rebate forms and answered all questions (& we had many) relating to all those tricky bits that many would just overlook.I must also add that the work team headed by James were extremely efficient & travelled 2 hours befor starting the job. They got straight into action stopping only for a quick cuppa and a necessary visit & worked almost 8 hours to finish before the forecast rain hit.Certainly an excellent choice and we look forward to eliminating future electricity bills
