Very helpful in advising on importance of exhaust fans in a case. Purchased very nice set of 3 Corsair aRGB fans for my son's PC. First visited this shop in 2006 when I worked nearby and great to see the business bedded in nicely. Would highly recommend this place for the sensible advice and very personable owner.

At the beginning I just want to ask around. But the owner have heaps of knowledge! Very open to teach which parts to pick for the balanced and open the full performance of your PC!I am very picky and hard to please customer but he can handle me with patient. They have in stock and good price compared to online market.No doubt that you should purchase your PC parts hereVery hard working guy and humble.Thanks Mr. HRecommended!(That pc I assemble myself. He will do better job than that)

I have provided a list of parts I wanted for a new AMD system and Hoffman was on it the same day. I was open for suggestions on what to improve on the system. All the recommendations I was given were not given for the sake of making more money those were recommendations that were perfectly reasonable, logical and for long term compatibility. Prices were very fair and the service was quick, easy and great quality. Thanks again & for any upgrades or services I will definitely be coming back.

After having issues with a new PC build, Hoffman troubleshooted and rebuilt the machine until it was running perfectly. After visiting his store and seeing his huge range of stock in the future I would simply approach him to do a custom build for me and save myself the headache. Great service and great communication as he made it clear exactly what he was going to do along the way.

Good price. Good customer service. Will use again.Hoffman communicated well. Polite, responsive, and offered advice.I wanted to order a case that I couldn’t find in stock online or in stores at a reasonable price. I emailed an enquiry with 2 questions and Hoffman replied within a day, answering both questions. The price to order what I wanted was the best out of 2 places that replied.I asked him to text me when it came in so I could pick up as soon as possible. He did but I missed the texts so he called me to follow up and I was able to get to the store and pick up the case before he closed. Very happy.
