Elissa, an employee can be described as someone who operates at the height of unproffessionism, rudeness, huge ego, rough and I left the store irritated and shaking. She also damaged a 24 karat gold coin by testing it and acting as if it was fake when I had the receipt. She needs to go!!! Right away!!!

I love pawn shops, but unless you’re just looking to just sell your gear don’t get your hopes up. They don’t have stuff for sale like a typical pawn shop, at least not in Mackay they don’t.
