Purchased a birthday present for my daughter from here in October 2020 and the service was better than amazing! No high pressure sales pitch, just pleasant, helpful staff who answered questions, ordered stock without obligation and called back when they said they would. The customer service was refreshing and the best example of quality customer service I have found. I highly recommend Bronwyn and the staff at Launceston Angus & Coote.

Not a gretat jeweller, staff are not friendly and the jewellery has made my wife get cuts or blisters which is not professional, very small inside to be completely honest. I cannot recommend.
