Great customer service and friendly. Pricing is very fair also. Forget all those other overpriced franchise chains, I can't recommend these guys enough. Bought some tyres from tyresales.com and had them fitted at Mirrabooka Mechanical & Tyres. No trouble booking a time and service was handled promptly and very professionally. Got an SMS to say the job was done well ahead of expected time. Easy parking outside the store. Happy to recommend them.

Fit me in last minute to fix my tire, was expecting to wait a couple hours but they did it on the spot within 15 minutes! Super grateful since I was on the way to work. Staff are so accomodating and honest. reasonably priced, nice to go to a car shop where you aren't pressured by salesmen and I felt for the first time I could really trust them with my car.

Just wanted to say customer service is great here. I first called up asking about a tyre change and pit inspection, they were fully booked and kindly referred me to another place.I had a stripped screw on a number plate I couldn’t get off, and they were glad to help. Tuan/twoon got the screw off in 5 minutes without charge! I will definitely get my car sorted here from now on!
