I went into Morphe to buy some new makeup and was served by Maz. Maz helped me pick out some lip products, foundation and concealer. Maz was amazing, super friendly, helpful, patient and gave me the best experience at Morphe. Thank you so much Maz!

One of the best experiences I’ve had at a makeup store. Learnt how to do eyeshadow and Keisha was an amazing help. Took her time to explain everything and guided me so much. Definitely will go back to her again to learn other things.

By far the nicest makeup shop experience I've ever had. I was assisted by Mel with choosing my concealer shade. She was amazing and helped me tremendously! All the workers anytime I go are always willing to help and start a conversation. They are such nice people and the products are amazing. The customer service is beyond helpful. I was served by a few other people and would write there names but unfortunately I didn't get to ask them as they were busy assisting other shoppers.

All the cashier NEVER asking about my morphe rewards, neither there is an “announcement” in the cash register table about this. Really bad customer services.But that’s okay. I only buy the items when it’s on discount, because with the quality of it’s products, if it’s not on 50% discount, it’s really not worth the price.

every single time I come in here I feel so welcomed - all the staff are so friendly and willing to help out, and they help me to decide the best products for my new look - whether it’s for a night out or a cosplay. i really appreciate all that they do!!

Nathan was so helpful and made my shopping experience wonderful! I have just used my new range of make up and brushes ,as well as the tips and tricks that Nathan gave me, and have been able to achieve amazing results at home. My make-up is looking fresh, light and flawless and I'm so happy. For excellent, service, advice and incredibly affordable products I would highly recommend the MC store.
