Highly Recommended! I had a really great experience with the Cushion Factory. It was easy to order online, and when I wasn't sure of the fabric colours, a quick phone call and they popped samples in the mail. I received them a couple of days later and then was able to complete my order. They sent me an email with a link to track my order and delivery date which was accurate and I was very happy with the cushion covers I ordered. They were well made, and fit perfectly. A really good experience dealing with this company!! thank you!!

This place is fabulous! I cannot fault the service nor the workmanship on my window seat cushion. It fits perfectly and looks wonderful. If you need cushions this is the place to go! Very helpful over the phone too helping me choose the correct fabric.

We were very happy with the service, professionalism and product quality of the Cushion Factory. Custom made cushions and covers are NOT cheap but the fabric the Cushion Factory uses is considerably higher quality than the original material used by the furniture manufacturers and their workmanship is first class.

The order process in the Perth showroom was easy and quick, and the sales rep helped us choose a durable fabric for our small family with pets. I really appreciated how quick we could get through the order before my two year old twins destroyed the show room. The manufacturing process was fast, and it was good receiving the updates along the way! The custom cushions for our new dining banquette fit perfectly and look amazing.
