The web site states SPECIALIST IN AUDI repairs, after having the water leak detected I booked my Q7 back in for the water pump replacement,Recieved a invoice for $650 and told they couldn't do the job and to take it to the agent for repair. I complained about being charged $650 for work NOT completed and was offered on explation or refund.

I had my Subaru serviced here in 2013 before moving to Sydney. After losing my service records, I rang up today to confirm the cam (timing) belt had been changed for the 100,000 service. They took 30 seconds to pull up the record of my Subaru service on their system to confirm it had been done. Great record keeping and service!

Great service and expertise, good value ( better than at the car dealers). Can perform logbook servicing. A courtesy car is available if your car is in for major works or if you need to be elsewhere when your car is being serviced. Time permitting, your car might even get a wash. Timely mail remainders when servicing is due.
