Helpful staff for advice for medications for my family.Have also been willing to order in products for me in the past.And Shhh... they had RATs available that week.I will say that of the 3 brands of RATs they have had there over the last month, the TestSeaLabs ones have a 6mm nose swab. So no good for small children, and one of the tests did not absorbed the sample, so did not produce a result.I have yet to go back and ask what can be done about a faulty product.Not a complaint about he pharmacy, they are helpful and more than happy to answer questions or open a box to see if it's suitable for you.

I cannot rate the Kirrawee Pharmacy highly enough - if I could give them ten stars I would. All the staff are helpful, friendly and go out of their way to assist. When I had a cataract operation the ladies helped me when there was confusion over the drops I had to use. More recently, I had catastrophic food poisoning and again, the pharmacist on duty and the assistant were wonderful - sympathetic, kind and lovely. These are just two examples, but it doesn't matter when I go into the pharmacy, who is on duty, or how busy they are - the level of service is always exceptional and friendly. I don't know what I would do without them!

It’s clear that this pharmacy is a vital part of the community. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and show a real interest in their customers.

TL;DR: Store manager/chemist (Jenny) will stare you down and embarrass you if you come here.I’ve just had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any store. I was approached by the lady called “Jenny”, and she proceeded to ask if I needed help with anything. As I didn’t really want to share what I wanted to buy, I said no, and so her response was to stand there and stare me down while I tried to look for the product I wanted. Upon asking HER if she needed any help, she said no, and continued to gaze at me (an extremely uncomfortable situation if you’ve ever tried to buy something embarrassing at a chemists). It was uncomfortable, she was rude, and when I called back to try to talk to someone about it, I found out she was the manager. It was clear I’d been profiled, as when I called and asked why she did that, I was told they’d had problems with shoplifting recently and they were trying to stop it from happening. Don’t come here if you can avoid it, you’ll probably have a chemist try to intimidate you.

Wonder helpful staff. A great range of glass house fragrances. My go to pharmacy. Close to the kirrawee train station and my medical centre. Would definitely recommend.
