Tech1 TV & Appliance Repair Centre Wollongong

I was having trouble with my TV. It had no sound. I was told that it would cost me $2000 to replace the TV. I tried to find help on the internet, but couldn't find anyone that could tell me how to fix it. Then I came across Tech1. I was very happy to hear it would only cost a small slice of what a replacement would be to fix! Everything was explained very clearly and exactly what I needed to do by the staff and was a great experience as a whole.

1 week before my sons 18th we realised our expensive speakers werent working. I immediately reached out to tech1 and they had all our speakers fixed in immaculate condition ready to go for the big weekend. Would be screwed without there service, Thanks so much

Message LG, they say they have lodged booking with service center. Call Tach one service center, they have no booking I should call LG. I say, hey, I am getting a whiff of commencing a game of pass the buck, please make sure you have checked all avenues before I go back to LG mate. Mate says “I understand, blah blah nothing we can do our end.” LG calls them leave me on hold 30 minutes, tell me service center were told they accepted the job then they put him on hold and hang up after 15 minutes. Then LG tried to call back and now the service center is closed! I am being handed to a new service center.

I found this company when in search for my fridge to be repaired. Schedueled a repair for a few days later and a staff member came to my place and fixed it on the spot. Couldnt reccomend more!

Very good experience - Tech1 had given me a quote very quick which I was happy with. Only a few days later I recieved a call saying my TV was already repaired and ready to go.Thanks Tech1!

Wish I had taken it to Hi-Fi & Electronics Centre in Wollongong to begin with, what a difference in professionalism!!! We brought our TV to get repaired at Tech1, the TV was absolutely immaculate and a family heirloom, we brought it in a foam box as first said to us over the phone, the lady at the store advised they would not accept in the box, to place it on counter. My partner ran his hand across the counter that was dirty and had a raised metal edging, when he questioned her about it she was extremely rude, basically it is what it is. We should have followed our gut feeling to not leave it, instead my partner took several photos of the TV. When we went to pick up the TV the girl brought out the tv carrying it on her own up against her chest a 30kg TV, we were absolutely shocked , left the tv on the counter and went out the back. We waited there for 10min ringing the bell as we were both astounded at the TV's condition. We called head office and they advised the lady was on a call. The most dodgy experience period. They couldn't fix it and returned it absolutely scratched all over and with what seamed also a coffee stain mid screen. We sent in the before and after photos and the owner Danny answer they couldn't't determine how it was done but definitely a transportation issue". We followed up with an email that was not responded to."
