What a sensational place! The artists here are absolutely professional, the atmosphere is cool, perfect temperature control for people having to tear off layers for their work! Tink did this one for me- she was beautiful! I couldn't think of anyone more fit for the job. She gave 100% to the simple idea I'd gone to her with and did so under difficult conditions with my slippery attempts to get away from the needle every chance I had... she was extremely patient and everyone there seemed to cross conversations and everything like one big gathering! Absolute respect for this place and all the artists there.... Thankyou for bringing such an A-game tattoo shop, and artists to Tamworth!

Didn't give sufficient information for aftercare, and as a result f'ed up my tattoo with uneven shading, blurred lines and some of the work is also wonky. I asked in the beginning if the ointment I will use is okay, which they agreed at the time, only to be told later that it is not recommended... Now I need to go for a re-work but I will not be going back here again, I'd rather travel and spend extra money for an experienced and skilled rework tattooist, because this is permanent art... Would've helped if aftercare instructions were written and given to me instead of vague verbal information. Not a good experience here at all, I honestly regret going here. :(

Can never get an appointment to get piercings. Told to come back only for it to not be opened.

We had a piercing appointment but we had to cancel due to them not doing under mask, we had to pay $60 for it they told us they’ll refund the money, it’s been 3weeks now and still haven’t got a refund or had any contact from them

I have been looking for a tattoo artist who would take the time to help me put one together. And I found Ben at HI. Thanks heaps matey. I would recommend them all hands down . They are super easy going and do awesome work Thank again .

Will never go here again customer service is not good. My daughter felt like she was treated like she was on an assembly line. Just get in and get out. After care instructions were veryvague.My partner inquired about some tattoo work attitude was disgraceful and. Thanks for ruining what was an eighteenth birthday present definitely will take any further peircing and tattoo work elsewhere

Not the worst, but ink has come out and faded, some lines are wonky and just thought could’ve done a better job with the tattoo overall.Also another time wanted to charge me $800 for a smaller tattoo on my arm with Kiki so I just booked it at Wild West ink and got it done there for $200 lol
