I would like to take this time to write a extremely pleasant experience I’ve had in this store. I would like to highlight the efforts and thank Vas Mahesan for helping me in every way possible and making the process extremely easy. Provided information that I was not aware such as amazing deals such as Telstra Plus and offers for new customer. I don’t think I’ll be leaving Telstra as the benefits and the customer service is better than most providers available.

Went to the Telstra shop at Waverley Gardens for some advice on mobile plans. The customer service and product knowledge by Alex was outstanding! Best experience I have ever had at a Telstra shop. Thank you very much Alex. Your assistance and time was very much appreciated.

I wish I could give it a -1 because that's how infuriating my experience was dealing with the sales guy at this shop.I came in specifically to change over to Telstra from Optus and to pre-order a new phone - simple enough right? WRONG! I wasted an entire day from 10am to 2pm trying to get this done. But the kicker was when he wouldn't process the sale unless I took up the extra protection/insurance on the new phone! I told him 4 times that I didn't want it and he kept arguing with me until I cracked it and walked away. I am a sales person myself so I understand objection handling. But this man didn't listen to my concerns and was so pushy that I just walked away without my new phone.Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of this dodgy sales pusher!

Thai assisted me with some new phone issues and equipment. He was SUPER patient and helpful. I will definitely be heading back to this shop should any problems arrive.

When you walk in to buy a new phone you expect professional service of course. The store looks great but then I heard of voice saying how can I help you only to turn around to see a young lady slouching back in her chair looking very relaxed looking up at me. I couldn't help myself and said gee you look very comfortable there.I would have expected to her to either sit up straight when talking to me or at least stand up when I walked into the store. There were no other customers there. I just walked right back out again. Where has professionalism gone?

Absulolutely appealing service! Went in the day of pre-orders opened to order my S23 Ultra. Was told plenty of stock at the warehouse and I'll receive on release day, with a chance of Samsung releasing early. Samsung did release early. 2 weeks past official release date and I'm still without a phone. Been into the store and called countless time. Their excuse, the phone I chose is a popular model and there's no stock. But jb hifi, Samsung and other telstra stores have stock on hand. I've started being charged for a device that I don't have. And I'm no closer to working out where my phone is. Staff simply don't care. I'd steer clear and go to one of the larger stores.

Yesterday Saturday 19TH of November 2022 my parents went in to the Store about a phone they brought 6 weeks ago and have make 4 trip to the store about this phone and it was like they didn’t want to know about it as they have already taken there money disgusting how my parents were treated There in there 80 s

Got the new Pixel 6 phone today. We were helped very admirably by Ash. She explained all contractual items fully. She also carried out transfers from the old phone and explained what we needed to do further. And Ash offered more technical help if we needed it. BTW, this is our seventh phone through this store as these guys are very helpful!
