Receptionist (i believe her name was sue) this afternoon was very friendly, bubbly, and helpful. She made me feel comfortable about having an ultrasound for next week as i was very nervous. 10/10 recommend!

Lumus Imaging Forest Hill
Both my husband and I have had several ultrasounds, X-rays and CT scans over the past couple of months at Lumus imaging Forest Hill. The most recent being yesterday for myself and today for my husband Craig. We've always found the staff Sue, Charlene and Mariana to be friendly, helpful and professional. We would highly recommend all services at Lumus Imaging Forest Hill.

I do appreciate the ultrasound the doctor Charlene did for my wife. She was so patient, professional and gave my wife the appropriate advice for further medical treatment. I do recommend the company should give her some bonus.

Keep away from this company.It does false advertising that open on Saturday but they don’t. Everyone has to work from Monday to Friday. Unlike other radiology companies which operate longer hours.Then I took time off work to have scan done and I was told that results took 48hrs to 72 hours. I took time off work to see doctor 3 days later. Guess what? My doctor never received the results and called this radiology. She was told that the scan hasn’t been reported. This is ridiculous. It seems they gave wrong information. How unprofessional? Waste my time and everyone’s time.

This imaging clinic has kindest staff I have ever seen. The staff itself is very passionate and helpful. I had to go through emergency ultrasound and staff in the clinic understood and helped me in all possible ways. Extremely happy with their services. All the team there is very professional, caring and patience. Very much recommended.

Absolutely lovely service, Thank you so much to both the receptionist and sonographers.Recently had both my partner and her sister suffer an achilles tendon rupture. After having negative experiences at other medical centres, we got a recommendation to come here and received help instantly.Highly, highly recommend :)

Absolutely fantastic service, Thank you again to both the receptionist and radiographer on today who managed to fit me in for a last minute appointment.I had my first pregnancy dating scan and after having one at a different imaging place where it was very rushed and didn’t give me any information or photos, I left here today with my due date confirmed and photos of my baby’s ultrasound.Highly, highly recommend!

Lumus Forest hill has kind and caring staff. Especially Charline and Deb. The staff itself is very passionate and helpful towards others. I had to get an ultrasound and staff booked me in next day. Extremely happy with their services. All the team there is very professional, caring and patience. Very much recommended for everyone to come!! I came early and was able to get an ultrasound early thank you to Charline the sonographer. Thanks Millie

From my first encounter with front reception with Sue, she was so helpful. Settled me and explained everything from the get go. From expense to what the procedure entails and how I go about it. This was so comforting.I arrived today for my cortisone injection and again, Sue was just so nice and the nurse Sharlene went so out of her way to help also. Pleasant, real and honest. This experience I have never had ever.Then Krishna the specialist was just even more real too.My experience was just so amazing and I can’t thank all of these staff members of being just so kind and reassuring.Been the been experience ever.Thank you.
