I got stuck on the side of the road in an old Volvo late last year.Vali Garage helped me get a tow truck and we were towed straight to their garage late in the afternoon. They were so understanding and accomodating and slotted the Volvo into their schedule to determine the problem and fixed the immediate fuel issue that caused the break down + plus gave us a detailed list of other things that might need correcting. Very thankful for detailed and accomodating service we received.

I called a few weeks ago to obtain a quote to get my car serviced, the receptionist told me she would call me back with a price and in the meantime tentivelly booked me in. A further week went by and I heard nothing about a price, I then phoned again to chase up the quote and got told a second time I would get a call back, still nothing. So I then went into the shop a few days after and she had no record of my name, who I was and what I wanted and that the booking didn't exist. From here on I decided to book my car in somewhere else as my experience with Vali Garage wasn't great.

Took the car in for a roadworthy. Found them very helpful and professional with their work. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a motor mechanic to care for their cars.

A magical place with amazing people! They helped me a lot and gave me the feeling of a warm home for my car, and it's always nice to know that your car is in good hands. I wholeheartedly recommend them. There is no doubt that they are honest, reliable and very nice people

110% recommend Tiffany and Ross. I knew I had issues with my brake pads, Ross was able to slide my vehicle in on short notice and make my car safe for me to return home.

Part therapist as well. Car had numerous issues took time to listen. Organised Uber and paid for it when taxi cancelled. Kept up to date during day. Parts arrived late. Dedicated he worked until 6:45 and then explained all work done and other issues found. Nice to have a genuine person work on my car. Finally found a mechanic to use again. Service is the best. Love George the dog. Really good family business
