I went with BHC and Yum Homes/Rex Property Group because of people I interacted with. That's how I prefer to work.Pros - People, Quality, CostCons - Project Management (Back Office Communication and Delays)Suggestion for Home Owners / Investors - You need to be detailed in your approach and do your own research. You need to do invest your time. You need to know what you want from your home and how you can get quality deliverables.Another good thing I noticed was they took reasonable steps within their limit to assist us in urgent scenarios. But those urgent scenarios shouldn't have occured if they could have avoided the Cons part (as mentioned above). Also once a handover is done, it feels good that they take steps to fix a few things that was missed out.The basis of my rating -10 stars (out of 5) for Pros part-1 star for Delays-4.5 stars for back office communication (without taking any names)I will revisit this rating and description in 1 year (depending on how the house stands the test of time and how maintenance activities are carried out).I am more than happy to provide detail description if anyone disagrees with the cons mentioned above. They need to sort out a few things if they want to be the best in the business.Would have loved to say Highly Recommend if they could have avoided the cons.
