Having just moved into the area, finding a new trustworthy mechanic is always very daunting. I am pleasantly surprised and very impressed with the service provided here. Initially I went in for a pink slip; the staff were very friendly and professional with quick service!I decided to come back to have my car serviced here with a different mechanic and again the service was great! Before any changes were made I was contacted to advise me of any issues and if I wanted them to proceed. Absolutely no pressure to do any changes I didn't want and they were very transparent with pricing.Very pleased, thank you so much!! You have a new loyal customer :)

Took my classic car in to have its brand new A/C system gassed. These guys did a top job, took no shortcuts and provided some of the best customer service I have experienced. Would not hesitate to go back for any other work needed to my car, and I'd recommend this shop to anyone who wants work done properly at a reasonable price.

Staff were accommodating, transparent, and honest. They opened the garage for me on a holiday so that I can get my car because I couldn’t the day before due to work. Very nice and good crew at UltraTune Smithfield!!! Highly recommended!

Needed to change the spring clock on my car. The first guy told me after a car service that it would cost around $300. Parts needed to be ordered etc so he wanted me to come back at some point to confirm the order/ repair and to pay a deposit before parts can be ordered. A week later I called to confirm. Another guy answered the phone telling me the whole repair would cost approx $900. Apparently a 5 to 6 hour job. Very labour intensive he said….Got it all fixed by another (honest) mechanic. Total cost $240. Took only an hour…These guys here are either just after your money or have no idea what they are doing.Not going back here.

Came here a few times to get my vehicle's AC checked and fixed when I lived in the area. Even after moving 40minutes away from the area, I still choose to come here for servicing. Amazingly considerate and accommodating staff makes it all the better!

Had a quick services ever. They explained to all issues with my car and advised me what to do and what not to do. Very friendly but serious team of workers. I will go back there any day no matter the travelling distance.
