I was up in Newcastle for a weekend riding trip and had a mechanical. I phoned Cheeky bikes and got hold of these legends. John and Shaun were really helpful and got me back on the trail in no time. Will definitely be back.

Had an excellent experience yesterday at the Warner’s Bay store. I knew very little about road bikes and wanted to take it up as my new hobby. Marty and Shawn spent several hours taking me through their range of bikes and then set me up on the bike to ensure I got the one which would suit my needs. As I had been to a lot of bike shops around the area I was very impressed by their customer service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bike. Especially someone like me with limited experience with bikes.

Really friendly service, the blokes at the back of the shop were awesome to deal with. The store has a great range of bikes and they had my new purchase built super quick! I had spent weeks going into multiple stores all over Newcastle and being told that I would have to wait till January at the earliest to receive a bike. Cheeky, luckily for me, had one in stock! Highly recommend this store

Im failry new to the bike scene and everytime i have gone to their stores i feel welcomed and they have gone out of there way to help me and answer my questions.I have brought two bikes and multiple accessores in the last 12months and I've always recieved Great Service & Excellent knowledge. Love that they are open till 6pm as well. Highly recommend cheeky bikes over other local shops.
