Kind and helpful staff.

I took a12 month old Vax Blade Pet cordless vacuum to Godfreys at Marion hoping to have it repaired. They said it couldn't be repaired and couldn't get parts for it. None of the above is true. They can be fixed and a new head could be purchased....I've just done it.

Unfortunately the product I bought needed to be repaired within 5 months. Firstly Staff in store was extremely rude and on phone for customer service very unhelpful. Customer service definitely not a priority.$700 hand held vacuum shouldn’t need replacement so soon, hence the request for refund. However, only “minor” therefore refund not deemed appropriate despite “faulty” product.

Bring back the floating ball

Unprofessional and rude sales person tried sell us cheap brand with weaker specs and when we said this is much weaker than Dyson he almost kicked us out. Rude!

Good service & polite helpful staff

We bought a carpet cleaner for over a grand, went back twice and was not repaired properly, now returned to the Morphett vale shop to be told it’s now out of warranty. We have to pay another $400 to repair a $1000 machine. Utter rubbish. The customer service is a total disgrace. I would not recommend Godfreys to anyone. Feel free to contact me but I’m betting they won’t ! Gemma Chidlow.No contact from godfreys. As usual the customer service is below poor. The quote for the repair was also incorrect as the pick up tube had a split o ring. So $400 for an o ring is way to excessive. Obviously their repair monkeys are as well trained as their front of house staff. DO NOT USE THESE IDIOTS.

Since buying my Hoover vacuum cleaner I’ve had nothing but problems with it blocking up and making a horrible sound, then 6 months into having it it’s overheated and stop working...

I called today 11th Dec as Godfreys advertized on the internet as the Hoover hand held handivac was on sale for $74 at the marion store in S.A. Ken answered the phone and told me that sale was over long ago!? Then why on earth haven't you taken that down, and secondly if it's still up, then the right thing to do is honour the advertized price.Sandra Giancola Adelaide S.A.

Not quite sure why there are bad reviews. I went in with a broken vacuume part and they were able to give me a replacement. Prompt and accurate service.
