I have always used ALE for my signs and work shirts and have always been very happy with the service, however, this time around I am really very disappointed with service. Over the course of the last month (almost), I have sent 3 emails to which none have been acknowledge or replied to, I know everyone is busy but I would have thought 1 week for a reply would be reasonable......sorry guys but this is not good enough.

We went in to order some vivid colour shirts for our family businesses and an embroidered shirt for my business and the service was wonderful. Lovely, friendly staff who are keen to make sure everything is perfect for you. When we picked them up we were so impressed with the quality too. Beautiful colour, I can see why it's called VIVID colour. Because the colours just jump off the clothes.We highly recommend this Toowoomba family owned business.
