KDF is a big part of my daughters lives, they attend cheer, dance and acrobatic classes and absolutely love learning new skills each week.Cheer has quickly become a favourite in our household, such an exciting high energy team sport that my daughter thrives on.We love that KDF gives us the option to also dance at the same club and the individual growth and confidence that acrobatics offers.Mrs Sophia has worked hard to create a safe and caring environment, she promotes a supportive culture across the club at all levels, not only with her staff but I find the senior girls in the dance and cheer groups have also been such great role models.I want to encourage my daughters as they grow to be involved in this awesome club that provides a place where they can come together for friendships while building their confidence doing what they love most -Cheer and Dance!

My girl has been taking dance lessons from Sophia for a while. She is absolutely amazing.We has came across many dance teachers or coaches but Sophia is definitely one of the most professional ones. She and her team know how to teach kids safely. Not just to teach you how to learn fancy tricks quickly but more so to help you to build up kids fundamental skills and self confidence for the long term.But please don’t take me wrong when I said they focus on fundamental skills. I have to say my girl has been struggling with her floppy turns, barani and some other acro technics. Sophia can easily spot on the things/muscles that you need to work on, then she got her doubles and barani.It feels like she was playing magic on my girl. Sometimes even when your body is ready, your mind might not be. So the mental strength that they help her to build on means more to me.Not every kid will eventually become a professional dancer but what they have learned during this dance journey will definitely benefit them in the future. If you are serious about dance, choosing a good coach/mentor will speed up the progression.I highly recommend KDF. ☺️

My daughter absolutely loved this session and cant wait till next week. She is a bit sore tonight but she did learn some new tricks and was so excited!

KDF! Wow! I have been to many dance and cheer schools over the years with my daughter and none can attempt to compare with KDF. Sophia and her team are utmost professionals with top notch communication and transparency! Wow what can you say, KDF is an amazing place for my child to attend. My daughter joined KDF at the end of last year and the minute she came she felt so welcome and they even joined her to there team.. many other studio would have not done that, they would most likely just put her to the side… you could not ask for a better person to teach my child, under the guidance of Miss Sophia my child is improving immensely… The atmosphere at KDF is always buzzing with happiness and you can see the kids want to come to Cheer&Dance every week… and the attention the kids get is amazing and when the kids ask for help it is always there..KDF is run as a professional place to attend and the show cases are amazing, it helps the kids in there performances to again great confidence in themselves… I could not think of a better place to send my daughter..

Kinetic Dance Force has been a real highlight in my daughters lives. They are so excitement to attend the KDF's Cheer program each week! The growing joy for the sport has come about due to the professionalism of Miss Sophia and the entire KDF teaching team. My girls feel motivated to to do their best for themselves, their Team and their Coaches. All the KDF Coaches have inspired them to continually improve through their care and ultra professional athletic coaching methods.
