Terrible experience at QML NOOSA HEADS! First time I had been there there was no one at reception, try to call someone but no one answer, so I decide to get into the rooms to see if I could find someone and let them know I was there, when I saw a “receptionist” talking to another customer I just look at her to let her know I was there and came back to reception. One minute later she just show up really really angry and impolite saying that I had to have more patient that I could not get in there anymore, really really rude!!! She said if I couldn’t see she wasn’t talking to someone and I said YES thats why I didn’t say a word. As I had never been there before I didn’t know that area I couldn’t get in. Terrible receptionist whatever she is!! Wish you all the best unloved!

The staff member that was on this afternoon shouldn't be customer facing. Very rude and unhelpful.Damn shame as my previous visit was fine. I definitely won't be back.

I arrived 10 minutes early for my 11:00 appointment and was told that nobody could have an appointment here.I told her I had booked an appointment for 11:00 over the phone for a holter monitor to be fitted. She then changed her mind and admitted I had an appointment but they were at least half an hour late with 3 people waiting so it would be closer to 45+ minuetsI said I didn’t have time to wait and could I rebook for another time.I was then told I could go nextAfter 20 minuets I was called up only to be asked if I would like to rebook my appointment as they didn’t have a razor but would get some tomorrow. What a joke. The worst service in Noosa, on par with the Telstra shop at the civic! And that’s bad.Rude, patronising and arrogantChoose anyone but this place.

After a long wait, the lady was rude and rough. After explaining my veins are quite small and often it's hard to find them, she uses the larger needle! When she wipes my arm, she doesn't let it dry before inserting the needle so it stings like crazy! SHE FORGOT TO LOOSEN THE STRAP ON MY UPPER ARM!!! Six things of blood filled, a numb arm and bruising appearing while the needle is still in my arm. Only when she's finished does she take the strap off. She also forgets the most important, mandatory line, don't lift anything." Very unprofessional and a painful experience!!"

Every time either my husband or I attend this practise, we are always met by extremely rude, uninformative and miserable staff. This morning I went for a blood test at this branch and after waiting in the waiting room for 20 mins for a staff member to appear (even though I could hear them all laughing and talking in one of the rooms behind, I was ‘greeted’ (if you even call it that) by an extremely miserable and uninterested member of staff with blonde hair in a pony tail and glasses who I only assume is the receptionist? She called my number and I stood up to go into one of the blood rooms only for her to say “No, I need you here. I need to see your form” to which I then handed her my referral form from my GP. She then said “Medicare card?” in an abrupt and rude manner. I gave her my card as instructed and she took it off me without a word and wrote down the number. She then handed it back to me and went “come with me” and got up out of her chair and headed in a room behind the reception. I followed, feeling panicked (as I am petrified of needles) and saw the same women putting on some gloves. “Sign this and check these details are correct” she said motionlessly as she handed me a piece of paper. I checked and signed as requested. Still no word or conversation added on her behalf, baring in mind That by now she could probably now tell that I was hyperventilating. She asked me a question but I didn’t hear as I was trying to forget what was about to happen so I said “sorry?” to which she very rudely replied “Which arm?” in a ‘I wish I was anywhere else but here right now’ attitude. I indicated for her to do my left arm and without another word, she wiped my arm and said “sharp scratch” before putting the needle in. No word of reassurance, no attempt at a conversation...nothing. This woman clearly hates her job with every inch of her and was going to make me aware and appears to be the same with everyone is the reviews are anything to go by. After the procedure was done, I asked her if there was anything I needed to do from that point onwards (how to get my results, how long they would take etc,) and she looked at me with disgust and sarcastically said “no?”. She then said “you can go now”.I wish I was making this all up but I came out of that place feeling like I was just another number on her list. What an appalling attitude to have when you work in the ‘care’ sector of life. I really hope someone at that place sees this (even her in fact) and starts clearing up there act big time because she is not the only one at that place who is miserable. Every single one is. I have never once been greeted with a smile or a conversation. Disgusting.

Jacques ( Jack ) is amazing. Very kind and considerate. Didn't feel a thing. I would have him take my blood anyday. Met some lovely ladies while waiting. In and out pretty quick. No sign though to say, just take a seat, didn't know if I had to hand my form in first like other QML's, the other people waiting had to explain it to me.

Staff member Kate must be on her last legs, she's had enough, when you're just downright rude to patients it's time to move on and find another career.

Updating your hours would be decent. Especially when you drive 50kms. Unless you just decided that it was too nice of a day and shut early

Waited 45min to do a blood test to have the rude lady say I couldn’t do it there because i had “global” ticked on my slip! I recommend they sack her as she has zero customer service skills or consideration that i had my 11 month old in the carpark with my husband waiting for me all that time to do a simple blood test that i found out she indeed could of taken.
