Could not recommend Haylee and Matt and the team at UNITE more. After recently signing up and having no CrossFit experience, the coaches have been extremely patient, helpful and supportive. The workouts are always well programmed and we always do a solid warm up and cool down. The facility is excellent, with lots of high quality equipment and is always kept extremely clean. I am so glad I signed up with Unite.
