Bloody amazing! Murray is a gun and everyone is very warm and welcoming even to a novice like myself! I really really love it here. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to get in to shape!

Friendly staff, friendly peers and a fun workout in an old school boxing gym setting, finally an exercise program I've been able to stick to!

Everyone there was too cocky and didn't know what they were saying. I cant believe half of the things they were telling me, they acted like they have never been in a ring/octagon in their life. I would never go back, they didn't make me feel welcome, they didn't teach me anything other than useless, head movement. I am genuinely appalled by their services and feel absolutely scammed of my money. Please don't ever go there, save your money. Thank you for your time and I hope you can save yours.By the way Murray I love you bratha. If it wasn't for you I wouldn't be were i am today, out here in the UFC. If anyone decides to go here at least get help from Murray, he is an absolute G.

Fantastic circuit, what you achieve in 1 hour is awesome. All over body workout. Great atmosphere, I love that you find every type of person here. Nothing snobby, pretentious or intimidating if it's your first time. If it's been a while since you have been, you are welcomed back warmly.

Good people and a great workout that also teaches you a new skill especially since going in I had 0 boxing or any contact sports experience.

Good workout but staff were arrogant and didnt seem that interested in me.. more interested in bagging other gyms that I went to previously.. wouldn't go back there

Brilliant place to get a full workout. Run by a genuine, sincere boxing veteran....friendly, no frills, mirrors, or egos gym. Just need to get used to Murray's sense of humour !!! Challenge yourself.
